This camp is for experienced gymnastics and is  specifically aimed at improving flexability and balance.  A fully qualified Gymnastic coach will be available for the week.

This camp is for Intermediate and Advanced Level Gymnastics and is open to GNE Only.

Date: 16th -20th August
1999 and under ( Development Squad Level)
4hrs + Training
Advance Camp + Body Prep + Apparatus
This camp is Open to all clubs.

Date: 23rd – 27th August
1990 + Over (Squad Level)
8 Hrs +  Training
Advanced Camp – Body Prep + Apparatus
Open to all clubs!
